My work is grounded in EFT to teach people how to use a structured, nervous-system aware process that allows you to work with stress, doubt, fear, overwhelm, or even the emotions you cannot quite name yet. Instead of pushing through or analyzing endlessly, we work directly with what your body is holding.

I have spent years studying how emotional regulation intersects with performance, identity, and execution. I mentor practitioners (or practitioners in training) in trauma-aware EFT methods, work one-on-one with clients, and build tools that make emotional processing practical and repeatable in real life.
