GroupTaps
The Warning Light’s On. Do You Have to Keep Driving Through It?
It’s like redlining a car. You can run on fumes for a while, pushing through on pure will. And it works—until it doesn’t. That quiet hum of ‘too much’ gets louder. The engine starts to knock. You know you can’t keep going like that forever.
Eventually, you have to pull over and do something about it.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not coaching. It’s not a crash course in emotional healing.
It’s time you set aside to work with what’s actually going on inside — using a method that helps you move through it, not just think about it.
🌀 What It Is
GroupTaps is a live, small-group experience where we use EFT tapping to release emotional tension.
- No talking required. Only when and if you want.
- No need to explain your life story.
- No pressure to show up as anything other than how you actually feel.
You’ll be guided step-by-step. You’ll tap on specific points while tuning into your own emotion. And by the end, things tend to shift — sometimes quietly, sometimes big.
🧱 Why I Made This
I used to run small groups in schools. We practiced a thing I developed called Peace Work — it was a system for kids who didn’t know how to process what they were feeling. They weren’t “bad” or “broken.” They just needed a space to be seen and supported while they got back to themselves.
Turns out, grownups need that too. Imagine that!
GroupTaps is the evolution of that idea — for people who run in the red a lot and perform a lot… but are done pretending the engine isn’t knocking.
💬 Who It’s For
This is for you if:
- You’re emotionally aware, but stuck in something you can’t name
- You’re exhausted by the idea of more “self-improvement”
- You’re craving something body-based — something you can feel shift
- You want to show up, do your work quietly, and not have to manage anyone else’s emotions
🛠️ What to Expect
Each session includes:
- A simple check-in + body awareness prompt
- Optional “hot seat” tapping (guided with one person, everyone else taps along)
- Group tapping rounds
- Closing reflections or soft follow-up
No breakthrough hype. No “healing crisis.” Just space to breathe, feel, and reset.
